Farma Holding consists of the operating companies Apotekproduksjon AS, Farmagon AS og Farma Helse AS. The 
group produce and deliver pharmaceutical products and services to the pharmacy business in the Nordic countries.

Farma Holding was founded in 1994 as one of several parallel import companies in Norway. Since then, the company has expanded its business to become a leading supplier of raw materials and services to the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies in Norway. The company also produces its own branded products and pharmaceutical products as a contract manufacturer. Today, the Norway-based company has about 60 employees and annual sales of approximately 300 MNOK.
PCI IV acquired Farma Holding in September 2011.
